Policy Positions and Bylaws – The League of Women Voters’ mission is to engage and empower voters to shape better communities worldwide. We:
• Build citizen participation in the democratic process.
• Study key issues at all government levels and act on them after members have come to agreement.
• Engage communities in promoting positive solutions to public policy issues through education and advocacy.

To do that we have studied issues over the years and come to agreement on a set of policy positions.

Policy positions are formulated according to our Bylaws.
