The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan, grassroots civic organization that encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.

With over 100 years of experience, the League is one of America’s oldest and most trusted civic nonprofit organizations.

We welcome everyone:  You do NOT need to be eligible to vote nor be a woman to be a member!

Please note: When you join the White Bear Lake Area League, you are also joining LWV Minesota and LWV US. When you click on JOIN US, it will take you to the LWV US site where you will enter your email address. You will then be sent an email that will give you access to the League’s membership portal. Once there, you should select “White Bear Lake Area” as the League you wish to join. We are notified immediately after you join and you are automatically added to our membership roster.
