Professor David Schultz, Hamline University Distinguished Professor of Political Science and Legal Studies, will discuss voter suppression. Professor Shultz will discuss voter identification laws, barriers to voter registration and election day voting, reduction in voting locations, voter registration list purges and limitations to early and mail-in voting.
